After scheduling your first visit, our staff will email paperwork for you to complete at your convenience. The common process involves an initial consultation/examination followed by another appointment to share the examination results and co-create an action plan. Understandably, we realize there are situations where patients need immediate relief; therefore, we accelerate the process accordingly.
We want to make your experience as seamless as possible, especially for those with neuro-developmental and sensory challenges. To make life easier, please let us know how we can best accommodate you and/or your child’s needs (phone consultation versus in person, splitting up appointment times, etc.).

We conduct a thorough review of your paperwork before you arrive so we can make the most of our time together – listening and digging deeper. We use both scanning technology and a physical exam to assess how your spine and nervous system are functioning. The initial exam is typically 30 minutes.
Report of Findings and Care
Before you arrive for the second visit, we have already reviewed and analyzed the initial exam information and created a plan tailored to your individual health needs. During this visit, care begins so that you can start achieving your goals. As always, we encourage your questions and/or input because we want you to feel comfortable and confident with the path forward. This visit is typically 30 minutes.
